DPR Plant Shop Camp is a six‑week program where teens explore plant care, wellness, and customer experience inside a working plant shop. Each session blends hands‑on learning with collaborative projects that build communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.

Participants finish the program with a Certificate of Completion from Grounded, recognizing their foundational knowledge in plant care and community‑centered hospitality.
